Our in-house Interior Designer and Chief Operating Officer, Tonnie Milligan, brings more than 22 years’ experience in the Houston-area new home market. Triple Award-winning GHBA PRISM “Design Center Associate of the Year” (2018, 2015 & 2013) Tonnie has worked as a Design Director for a Fortune 500 Company and in multiple operation phases of residential construction with both production and custom builders. She is a Certified Staging Professional (CSP) and in 2017 she earned her Certified Master of Interior Design (CMID). Creativity and education combined with knowledge of the residential construction industry are powerful resources she provides to all of her customers, ensuring that each home is designed and built to make dreams a reality.

Recently awarded a Lifetime Achievement Award by Marquis Who’s Who among American Business Women, Tonnie has also been honored as “Woman of Distinction” by the International Women’s Leadership Association. Mixed in with all of that, Tonnie also runs the day-to-day operations of ROC Homes.

She serves on the “Animals Always Believe in You” (AABY) of Kingwood Board of Directors. At AABY, she chairs the “Serving Our Seniors” program, which provides low-cost pet vaccinations and pet care to local seniors. After raising sons Brandon and Blake, empty nesters Tonnie and Brad, her husband of 35 years, focus their attention on their ‘Grand’s Brayden and Maeve and their spoiled rotten Yorkies, Hannah, Sophie, Jordy, and Delanie.

Rocky Flores brings nearly a decade of building industry experience to ROC Homes in Houston. He brings a new dynamic of energy to our Team and is passionate about the building business.Flores started in the building industry in August of 2010. Before coming to ROC Homes he was the Director of Business Development at his previous company working in the building industry providing technology to over 120 residential builders in the Houston area. His goal is to see steady growth over the years to come.

Outside of Flores’career he stays pretty active in the Greater Houston Builder Association and currently serves on the Executive board. ” Volunteering time on the GHBA board has been a great experience as I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with some of the best builders in the business. Rocky Flores has spent all his life in the Houston area and loves all of the city’s sport’s teams. He has a passion for baseball and teaching the game so much so that in 2013 he help found and is co-owner of Cruz Baseball the Organization. His dedication to help youth develop their baseball game as well as teaching young kids the importance of hard work and dedication and what it means to be a good teammate.

Rocky attended Texas State University in San Marcos, is an avid follower of Tony Robbins and Gary Vaynerchuck who have been major influencers throughout his career. His was recently married to the love of his life Libby.

Amanda started her career working for Warmington Homes California in 1997, where she fell in love with accounting. In 2005, she expanded her career by moving into the Architectural and Engineering industry, and never looked back until she joined ROC Homes. Amanda has a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from the University of Phoenix and two beautiful children. Grace is currently studying at Austin College, a Liberal Arts College in Sherman, Texas, with the goal of becoming an Art Teacher. Isaac is still in elementary school and loves to play sports in his spare time, as well as tease the family dog, Sassy. Amanda loves all kinds of music, but especially going to live venues to see local musicians. She loves to travel and dreams of one day retiring to a cabin in the mountains.

Brian comes to ROC with fifteen years of experience with two national homebuilders specifically in Purchasing Management on the construction side and with two local homebuilders. He is an organized, precise, driven person who, even before his first day with ROC, was ready to start sending out bid packages to the hundreds of suppliers and labor contractors he’s worked with in the past to get ahead of the game. He started in April 2018 and will be a most appreciated part of the Team in the most under appreciated job in our business and we welcome to ROC Homes.

Drew joined ROC Homes in September of 2016. Prior to joining ROC, Drew was a Senior Construction Manager with two national home builders here in Houston and brings over 16 years of intense experience to us. He opted for a change of pace, more personalized, working with a close knit group of professionals found only at a mid-sized, private home builder like ROC Homes.

Drew has been a loving husband to Lauren for 19 years and they share in the parenting of their two children; Zane, 12 years old, and Sky, 11 years old. He enjoys woodworking as a hobby. Drew was nominated and a finalist for “Construction Superintendent of the Year” in 2018 by the Greater Houston Builders Association.

With over 24 years in new home sales, Jenifer brings to the ROC family a unique sense of what sells in the Houston real estate market. A successful sales consultant from the start, first with David Weekley Homes, and then with Lennar Homes, she continued to educate herself by taking construction and sales courses over the years, offered by The Greater Houston Builders Association (GHBA). In 2012, Jenifer was awarded the “Custom Builder Onsite Sales Professional of the Year” and has earned certification as a “New Home Sales Professional” from the GHBA. The recipient of numerous awards for customer service, Jenifer prides herself on high customer satisfaction through excellent communication. She created a “homebuyer survival guide”, simply called “The Book,” which is still in use today by sales professionals all over Houston. Jenifer’s expertise with Photoshop saves the company time and money by maintaining the ever growing unique ‘brand’ of ROC Homes. She aids the whole ROC Team in their efforts give their homebuyers a fun and stress-free experience.

A native Texan, Jenifer met her husband, Michael, in 1989, and they have been married 31 years. They have two cats and a Spitz/Pomeranian mix named Kramer. They reside in The Houston Heights area.

ROC has been in the construction industry since 1994. He is an active member of the Houston community and takes great pride in his business. “My favorite part of my job is having one of our ROC homeowners tell me that they love their new home and then, I learn that they have referred me to friends or family. There have been several instances where we’ve built multiple homes for several generations of family or circle of friends.” Eric is a long-standing member of the GHBA, NAHB and Group 20 and is a member of numerous builder panels. Eric and his wife, Shara are the proud parents of three children. They are very active in their Synagogue and has coached his children’s Little League baseball, basketball and soccer team.
