 Unit B (right) has sold but Unit A is still available As expected and follows the pattern, our “Stoneyway” is sheetrocked and one has already been sold! On paper ROC Homes’ three story townhome is a gem with lots of closets and storage and very little wasted space. ROC Homes opens their new corporate headquarters inside the Inner Loop in Houston to focus on building their core product in the Bellaire, West University, and Rice Military areas. ROC Homes has been delivering single-family homes and town homes in Houston since 2002, headed up by President Eric Hymowitz.
Although completed unsold homes are a very rare thing indeed for ROC Homes, currently they have one home ready for move-in: the Remington , a 3400 sqft townhome in the West University area at 4020 Childress St. unit C. However, more homes are coming online in a matter of months and 2012 is shaping up to be the best year yet for ROC. One such home will be the Bridlewood at 3515 Bradford Street and 3521 Bradford St. Both homes are two-story, 2520 sqft, single family homes with large backyards and private driveways and priced at $399,900. In addition to The Bradford Street Patio Homes in the Bellaire area, ROC is now offering four single family homes on Malone Street in Rice Military.  Seven brick freestanding homes in the Bellaire area by ROC Homes. ROC Homes, with the help of current homeowners, has already sold two of the seven free-standing homes underway in the Bellaire Area – before ground has even broken. Models, a rare item for any custom builder, means ROC Homes’ Sales Manager must impose upon ROC’s many happy homeowners.

Ms. Moore also attributes both of the Bradford sales to the generosity of a many of ROC’s homeowners who are always willing to communicate with “prospective homebuyers.”

Construction is moving along and the latest additions to Stoneyway Village will be ready for sheet rock by the end of November. Unit “A” at 7910 Stoneyway Dr has already been snapped up but buyers still have the ability to personalize Unit “B”.

 Nearing completion and already sold it seems ROC Homes has chosen the right product for Stoneyway Village Back in July 2011, ROC Homes started building their brand new “Stoneyway 2276″ design. Althought stream-lined on the inside to keep the home affordable, no cost was spared by the homebuilder to make certain their exterior design was more in keeping with the ‘neighboring’ homes. Head of Construction for ROC, Brady Burnett, had this to add, “There’s quite a bit more brick on these homes and we’ve added accents of 3-part stucco. Then the homes are finished with durable, low maintenance cement board siding, trim and facia.” The exterior paint chosen for the new product also compliments the current town homes in the 105 lot community.
“We’ve all worked hard to get to this point. Starting from scratch to design the right product for todays discerning customers was a bit daunting,” said Jenifer Moore, Sales Manager for ROC Homes, “but we truly believe we’ve found exactly what customers want. An affordable, well built and designed home. Reasonably priced options to personalize their home ‘their way’, and of course built by a reputable and stable homebuilder.” Not to mention the terrific location off Hwy290 and Beltway 8.
Considering both speculative homes sold before they had walls up, one cannot help but agree that ROC Homes has indeed chosen the right floor plan, in the right neighborhood, and for the right price.
