ROC Homes opens their new corporate headquarters inside the Inner Loop in Houston to focus on building their core product in the Bellaire, West University, and Rice Military areas. ROC Homes has been delivering single-family homes and town homes in Houston since 2002, headed up by President Eric Hymowitz.
Although completed unsold homes are a very rare thing indeed for ROC Homes, currently they have one home ready for move-in: the Remington , a 3400 sqft townhome in the West University area at 4020 Childress St. unit C. Back in July 2011, ROC Homes started building their brand new “Stoneyway 2276″ design. Althought stream-lined on the inside to keep the home affordable, no cost was spared by the homebuilder to make certain their exterior design was more in keeping with the ‘neighboring’ homes. Head of Construction for ROC, Brady Burnett, had this to add, “There’s quite a bit more brick on these homes and we’ve added accents of 3-part stucco. Then the homes are finished with durable, low maintenance cement board siding, trim and facia.” The exterior paint chosen for the new product also compliments the current town homes in the 105 lot community.
