Eric has been in the construction industry since 1994. He is an active member of the Houston community and takes great pride in his business. "My favorite part of my job is having one of our ROC homeowners tell me that they love their new home and then, I learn that they have referred me to friends or family. There have been several instances where we've built multiple homes for several generations of family or circle of friends." Eric is a long-standing member of the GHBA, NAHB and Group 20 and is a member of numerous builder panels. Eric and his wife, Shara are the proud parents of three children. After more than 20 years selling new homes for National homes sales companies, Jenifer joined ROC Homes in 2009 and brought her passion and unique sense of what sells in the Houston real estate market. In 2012 Jenifer was awarded the prestigious “Onsite Sales Professional of the Year” award for custom builders in the Houston area and she has earned a GHBA certification for "New Home Sales Professional”. Jenifer is the author of “The Book”, a homebuyer survival instruction manual, which is used by many sales professionals all over Houston today. ROC's version of The Book serves the unique needs of ROC's homebuyers from contract to completion and everything in between, keeping the lines of communication up even if the computer or phone are not. Jenifer has made a smooth transition into Marketing and Branding the ROC name. After 5 years of successful home selling with ROC in September of 2015 Jenifer decided to focus solely on Marketing where she could better help increase ROC’s market share in a very competitive industry. However, she aids the whole ROC Team in making each of their client’s home-buying experience fun and stress-free.
A native Texan, Jenifer met her husband, Michael, in 1989, and they have been married over 30 years. He encouraged her to enter new home sales, although
it meant spending weekends apart. Eight years later, however, Michael joined Jenifer in new home sales and their family expanded by one more when,
Mother-in-Residence Jo Anne, affectionately known as "JoMama," moved in 10 years ago. They have since added three cats and their Spitz/Pomeranian mix,
Kramer, to the family.
Amanda started her career working for a home builder in California called Warmington Homes California back in 1997 and where she fell in love with accounting. In 2005 Amanda moved into another industry to use her accounting chops specifically in the Architectural and Engineering industry and never looked back until she joined ROC Homes this week. Amanda has a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from the University of Phoenix and has two beautiful children. Grace is 17 with one more year of high school and a goal of attending Austin College, a Liberal Arts College, in Sherman, Texas. She’ll be studying to be an Art Teacher. Isaac is 5 and just starting Kindergarten. He plays basketball in his spare time and playing with family dog, Sassy. Amanda loves all kinds of music but especially going to live venues to see local musicians. She has been a long time reader and takes her mind off the day to day crunching of numbers by putting together jigsaw puzzles.
Drew joined ROC Homes in September of 2016. Prior to joining ROC, Drew was a Senior Construction Manager with two national home builders here in Houston and brings over 16 years of intense experience to us. He opted for a change of pace, more personalized, working with a close knit group of professionals found only at a mid-sized, private home builder like ROC Homes. Drew has been a loving husband to Lauren for 19 years and they share in the parenting of their two children; Zane, 12 years old, and Sky, 11 years old. He enjoys woodworking as a hobby.
Les is a tenured Construction Manager in both new home construction and commercial construction. He joined ROC after 14 years with Longlake Ltd, a prominent production home builder in Houston. There he was highly awarded for both his talent as a leader and high volume budget supervisor. He also spent time with national production homebuilder Meritage Homes where he was put in charge of their Flagship Semi-Custom Home Division in Houston. He graduated from our own Texas A & M University (GIG ‘EM AGGIES!) with a business degree.
Les was raised in Colmesneil, Texas, a two-square mile town 9 miles north of Woodville on U.S. Highway 69. Later his family moved to College Station, Texas and in 1998 Les became a Houstonian. He is married to Rachel and have two wonderful children, Trey, 11, and Amanda, 7. Both are heavily involved in a wide variety of sports from Lacrosse to competitive swimming and, okay, some football and basketball too. Les is highly involved with both kids’ activities, volunteering as a Lacrosse Coach in 2015 and is an avid supporter (meaning shuttle driver) as well as head “Cheer-meister”. Their family puppy, Ernesto, is a Corgi-Dachshund mix that we’ll assume does not bird dog for Les who is an avid hunter. He currently volunteers at their church for the Sunday school program “High Altitude” and spends as much time as he can fishing and camping with the family.
