Eric Hymowitz - PresidentEric has been in the construction industry since 1994. He is an active member of the Houston community. "My favorite part of my job is having one of our many ROC Homes owners tell me that they love their home and refer me to their friends or family. There have been several instances where we've built multiple homes for the same family or circle of friends." Eric is a long standing member of the GHBA and sits on numerous builder panels. Eric and wife Shara are the proud parents of three, and are very active in their Synagogue, and coaching Little League baseball and soccer.
Brady Burrnett - Vice President of Construction
and OperationsBrady has been in the construction industry over 30 years. He holds a Graduate Master Builder and "Aging in Place" Specialist certifications. His former position as Director of Construction of a nation Fortune 500 homebuilder has provided him with valuable experience that he passes on to every ROC homebuyer. Brady constantly gets glowing reviews for his customer service from ROC Homes homeowners. Brady's wife Diane is a real estate Broker and they both enjoy spending time with their twenty-one children and grandchildren. Brady enjoys fishing and is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker.
 Jenifer Moore - Sales and Marketing Manager
With more than 18 years in new home sales, Jenifer Moore brings to the ROC family a unique sense of what sells in the Houston real estate market. A successful sales consultant from the start, first with David Weekley Homes, and then with Lennar Homes, she continued to educate herself by taking construction and sales courses over the years, offered by The Greater Houston Builders Association (GHBA). Jenifer was recently awarded the prestigious Onsite Sales Professional of the Year award for custom builders in the Houston area and has earned certification as a "New Home Sales Professional" from the GHBA.
The recipient of numerous awards for customer service, Jenifer prides herself on high customer satisfaction through excellent communication. Years ago, she created a "homebuyer survival" instruction manual, simply called "The Book," which is still in use today by sales professionals at both Weekley and Lennar. Today, The Book is updated and adapted, to serve the unique needs of ROC's homebuyers. Jenifer's expertise, attention to detail and organizational skills help promote a sense of confidence, while making the home-buying experience enjoyable and stress-free for her clients.
A native Texan, Jenifer met her husband, Michael, in 1989, and they have been married 22 years. He encouraged her to enter new home sales, although it meant spending weekends apart. Eight years later, however, Michael joined Jenifer in new home sales. Their family grew by one when, Mother-in-Residence Jo Anne, affectionately known as "JoMama," moved in 10 years ago. They have since added three cats and their Spitz/Pomeranian mix, Kramer, to the family.
 Tonnie Milligan - Interior Designer, Operations Manager
and Purchasing
Our in-house Interior Designer/Operations Manager, Tonnie Milligan, brings more than 15 years' experience in the Houston-area new home market. An award-winning professional interior designer, Tonnie has worked as a Design Director for a Fortune 500 Company, as well as for custom and semi-custom builders, and she holds a specialization in option design for new residential construction. Creativity and knowledge are powerful resources she provides to all of her customers, ensuring that each home is designed and built to make dreams a reality.
Her professional accomplishments include two years as a Moen© Inspire panelist, serving on the Armstrong Builder Board, and being recognized as a GHBA PRISM award finalist in the "Model Home/Interior Design" category. Tonnie is a member of Houston North Business and Professional Women's Association, and she serves on the "Animals Always Believe in You" (AABY) Kingwood Board of Directors. At AABY, she chairs the "Serving Our Seniors" program, which provides low-cost pet vaccinations and pet care to local seniors. After raising sons Brandon and Blake, empty nesters Tonnie and Brad, her husband of 30 years, focus their attention on their Grandson, Brayden and rotten Yorkies, Brodie, Hannah and Princess Sophie.
